The 374,000 square foot proposed development will consist of both mid-rise apartments and back-to-back, stacked townhomes providing a total of 402 residential units.
The property is located near the heart of downtown Brampton and only a 15-minute walk to the Brampton Go Station. It is easily accessible by major highways and is close to schools, parks, restaurants, and other local amenities.
