Montcrest Asset Management (formerly known as NYX Capital Corp.) partnered with Canadian active lifestyle brand Altea Active to open Altea’s Ontario flagship social wellness club at 25 Ordnance Street in Liberty Village (Toronto). The club is located on the second and third floors of Novus, a new 25- and 38-storey rental residential community located at the corner of Strachan Avenue and Ordnance Street. Altea Active Toronto is a state-of-the-art 89,000 square foot urban playground featuring the best in fitness, wellness, and social amenities.
The club’s aquatic area features a 25-meter lap pool alongside a KLAFS Sanarium and KLAFS Polaris Ice Room. The club also features the largest cycling studio in Canada with 75 bikes and a 285-inch screen, a 2,500 square foot hot yoga studio, five boutique fitness studios that hosts more than 185 group fitness classes every week, and an open concept workout space with 250+ top-of-the-line cardio and strength training machines. Altea Active also offers an interactive Kid’s Club, as well as spacious, comfortable areas for social gatherings and private events.
