In April 2014, Montcrest Asset Management (formerly known as NYX Capital Corp.) assembled three properties in the Bayview Village community located at 3049 & 3051 Bayview Avenue and 2 Blithfield Avenue, Toronto. The combined assembly totalled approximately 18,850 square feet, and the plan was to develop 11 new freehold townhomes.
The properties are around the corner from local landmarks – the Bayview Village Shopping Centre, the North York YMCA, East Don Valley Parklands, Earl Haig Secondary School, and the North York General Hospital.
